Shipping Policy:
We absolutely do our best to get your order out for delivery as soon as possible, we know your doggie is waiting! In-stock items usually ship within 2 business days, and are shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Out of country shipping method may vary based on location and size of the order       

·       In the event that your item is not in-stock or is back ordered we will do our best to order right away. This could lengthen the delivery time to you, which in most cases is approximately 14 business days. We will notify you.   

·       Delivery times and rates are subject to change, based on holiday and peak periods as well as the prevailing rates of the carriers used.  

Who Will Ship Your Packages:   

We use USPS Priority Mail for fast, reliable service. Very large orders or orders being shipped outside of the may use another carrier. We strive to give you the best carrier at the best price.  

Shipping Rates:
Our shipping prices are based on amount of total purchase. The table below is our shipping rates for USPS Priority Mail going to any of the 48 states.   

Sales Tax:
 If you are a Florida resident or shipping to a residence in the State of Florida , your order will incur a 7% sales tax.   

Read My Paws Return Policy:
We want you and your doggie to be happy with your purchase. If any Read My Paws purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition including any instructions, packing material, etc. within 14 days of receipt of the package for a:  

·       Refund (less shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee)  

·       Exchange for merchandise   

Our apologies, but we cannot accept returns on the following merchandise:   

·       Toys - Because the doggie’s breed and age often play a role in their chewing and playing time, we cannot guarantee that any plush toy that Read My Paws sells will withstand your dog's level of chewing aggression. Therefore, no plush toys are returnable.   

·       Used Items - If any item returned to Read My Paws shows signs of use including stains, dirt, pet hair, stretching, chewed on, holes/rips, or smells of any kind-we will NOT ACCEPT the item as a return. No credit will be given for the merchandise.   

Also, please note that Read My Paws does not issue refunds for returned merchandise after 14 days of receipt, or if it has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All toys are final sale and cannot be returned. Sorry, we do not reimburse shipping charges for returned items from

*On the packing receipt please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like the merchandise exchanged for.   

*For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS, FedEx, or US Mail with insurance delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.  

Non-Deliverable, Refused, & Unclaimed Orders:   

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided, to correct this situation. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages (including invalid/unknown/insufficient address) will require a duplicate re-shipping charge.
